Cittadinanza europea 2006

In the evocative setting of the University of Milan—housed in the historic “Hospital for the Poor,” designed by Renaissance architect Filarete—the Second European Symposium entitled “European Citizenship: From Here to Reality—Tools and Perspectives” was held on June 22, 2006.

The event, organized by CESES in collaboration with ATEE, focused on promoting a greater awareness among Europe’s people of their role as true European citizens. As inhabitants of this vibrant, multifaceted reality, we are all called to learn how to be and feel like citizens of Europe—our shared, diverse, and deeply historic common home.
